HIGH SOCIETY RAVIOLI

A mother's interpretation of a tasty high society ravioli... We filled delicious minced meat, flavored with special spices, into a soft phyllo and roasted it in a rose shape. All without spoiling the mother's recipe. We laid tomato sauce at the top and yoghurt at the bottom.
