GRILLED ANATOLIAN WRAP

The smell of shish meatballs in a grill tells so much about taste. We took those meatballs and wrapped them with a very fine cracker bread, together with doka tomatoes slices and special sauces. Served with Mediterranean vegetables and tarhana chips.
